We are looking for a reliable and dedicated housekeeping/maintenance assistant for our Lebe Scharnotz apartment building at Schanzweg 255.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive waste management and disposal, including waste collection
• Comprehensive waste management and disposal, including waste collection
• Regular patrol of the entire facility
• Taking on special tasks as needed
• Lighting control
• Disposal of coal in the boiler room
• Cleaning the ski storage room and the trash room
• Removal of cigarette butts and coarse debris
• Stairwell Cleaning
• Cleaning of common areas
• Picking up packages at the post office
• Replacement and Maintenance of Nuki Locks
• Lawn mowing and simple outdoor maintenance tasks

What you bring with you

• Experience in building maintenance, cleaning, or facility management is a plus
• An independent and structured approach to work
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Basic understanding of craftsmanship
• Physical Stamina
• A friendly and service-oriented demeanor
